Step #4
Sign the necessary agreements for your position. Drivers will choose their needed assistance level.
Driver Assistance levels are as follows:
Level 1:
This is the lowest level of assistance. We find you loads to run, take care of all paperwork and operate everything under your authority and business name. There is a flat fee of 15% per load.
Level 2:
This is the most common level of assistance. You operate under our authority but provide your own Auto Coverage (we cover the cargo). We give you loads under our name and authority and take care of all paperwork. There is a flat fee of 25% per load.
Level 3:
This is a fully leased on option. You will operate under our authority and insurance (full liability coverage for both auto and cargo/trailer). All risk and associated costs (not to include any maintenance or repairs needed for your vehicle) are covered by us. There is a flat fee of 35% per load.
For dispatchers, you will choose your desired commission level.
Commision rate for a dispatcher with an existing book of business, or who will be marketing for and bringing in their own drivers, is 30% of company profit per load.
Commission rate for Dispatchers who do not wish to bring/find their own drivers and wish to be provided drivers to assist, is 20% of company profit per load.
